"Any time I've been to this location, they're slammed. Despite this, the crowd of people waiting, and the pile of mobile orders ready for pickup, I've never waited more than a minute or so to order and few minutes for my drink to be ready. Runs like a well-oiled machine and drink quality is top-notch. Mika made my Caramel Macchiato the past two mornings, and it was fantastic!"

"I don’t understand why it takes forever for a drink. I know it is really busy but I work evening shifts when I’m going back home I order 20 minutes in advance and still I have to wait for extra time. Even though there are not busy. I’ve noticed that they talk too much and when they talk they stop working. One time there was a guy who was getting my order, he literally took almost 10 mins just to do one drink + he had to repeat it because he missed it the first time"
